  My washing machine was not working properly. I called this company to come out and have a look, and expected a call from the technician since I was not there to discuss the charges or parts pricing before it was fixed. Instead, they went ahead and repaired it to the tune of 265.00.
  
  They left and left a bill. When I returned home that evening, the washing machine was not working as the sensor was not reading commands of wash or rinse correctly. So today they came back again to check it out and while it seems to be running correctly now, I just got a call from the woman that runs their office that I didn't pay my bill.
  
  When I called on Monday to get them to initially come out, I was told they would leave a bill and I could pay it this week sometime.
  
  No problem, but just now on the call this same woman told me that I had not kept my end of the bargain in paying and suggested I had mislead them because that was not the arrangement. I did not talk with her and when I explained I had spoken with a guy on Monday morning to set up them coming out and when I could pay, he said this week would be fine.
  
  She told me all that goes through her. Well apparently not! Now the washing machine is still not fixed, still has a sensor problem and they expect me to pay a bill that was not discussed with me first and on an appliance that is still not working even after two times of them coming out.
  
  The problem has not been fixed, yet they are already calling for the money that I was told initially I would have until the end of the week to pay. I will pay my bill but would not recommend calling them in the future unless you have lots of extra money laying around you can afford to give to someone else.

  Very happy with J and J service. We had a water leak in our washer and they fixed it promptly and well. Highly recommend for service.

  Was not very friendly or accommodating when we first called. Paid over $300 for the part plus about $50 for the initial service call to diagnose the problem with the washing machine. Took about a week and a half to get the part then when they came to install the part the repair man apparently didn't know what he was doing because now the washing machine does not even have power. The repair man took the new part with him and said he would have to call us to schedule a time to come back and try again with his brother (whom he claims knows "more about these things"). I called several times before I could get in touch with someone to come back out and repair the washing machine. I am told they will come tomorrow morning to attempt to fix the washing machine again. I have a back up repair company on hold in case they cannot fix it again. I recommend taking time to read the feedbacks on Google and draw your own conclusion if you use them. The last time I called them to fix a washing machine at work I ended up having to buy a new washing machine. Let's hope that is not how this scenario plays out again.
