  My heat pump went out at a time of year that allowed me to search, research and get multiple bids. After all the estimates were received I decided to go with Mundy's, the price was right and the customer service was top notch. It took a couple weeks to order the new heat pump and put it in (average for all the companies I contacted). The men that came to my house were prompt and courteous. They took the old unit away and cleaned everything up, almost couldn't tell they had been there. There was a small mix up with the new thermostat but one call back to Mundy's and they rectified the situation to my satisfaction. Hope I don't need another new heat pump anytime soon but I'll definitely call them for any service I do need.
